Visiting the website

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. Pages, fonts and images are all served from this site, so your browser doesn't contact any other company when you view it.

Like any web server, our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser type. These logs are used only to run and secure the site, and are kept for a short period by the hosting provider.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include, such as your airport, traffic figures or tariff. We use this only to reply, arrange a demo and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about AMM, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation is active and for up to two years afterwards, unless you become a customer, in which case they form part of our business records. We don't sell your details, add you to a mailing list or share them with anyone other than the email and hosting providers who process them on our behalf.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Email us and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority in your own country.
